PF1620 - Mustang Survival Law Enforcement Inflatable

Combining practical automatic inflation with a free agency identification service, The Mustang Survival Law Enforcement PFD employs the Hydrostatic Inflation Technology system. The HIT system is a refinement of the traditional automatic system which uses a water soluble "pill" to release a firing pin in the jacket which in turn discharges the replacable CO2 jet, inflating the jacket. The problem with this system is any exposure to water, including spray, rain, and excessive humidity, can result in an inadvertant inflation. Mustang Survival has addressed this problem, adding a pressure release feature to the system that only fires after it has been submerged beneath 4 inches (10 cm) of water. Now the vest can be used reliably by crews operating in open boats, in humid areas, and in heavy rain. This vest can also be manually activated

This vest also qualifies for free silkscreening on the back flap. Common agency verbiage like "Rescue", "Fire", "Sheriff", and the like, can easily be applied free of charge. For departments who wish to put their department name, a one time only set-up fee may be assessed for agencies who do not have a template already on file with Mustang Survival. For agencies with the template on file, the set-up is unnecessary and the silk screen is still free.
