The Q-8s are " a must have" ; in your rescue gear cache. Created by Rescue Instructor Trainer Barry Edwards, this unique design allows you to tie off easier and safer than any eight plate, yet it works the same as traditional eights. Manufactured from 6061T 6511 Aluminum Stock by SMC.
This model is ideal as a rescuer's personal rappel device or for climbers and cavers. Designed for 9.5mm to 11.1mm ropes.
